Springhead Park will perfectly balance community facilities, stunning homes and tranquil open spaces, with acre upon acre of natural and enhanced parkland.

The central park, Penn Green, lies at the heart of the development, a formal area with an adjacent children's play area. The central plaza boasts a stunning water feature and a beautifully landscaped contemporary design.

The 15 acre Springhead Park will run along the length of the development, providing playing fields and informal parkland and featuring a truly stunning landmark sculpture.

Five international, critically acclaimed artists have been short listed to make the new art work. They are Daniel Buren, Richard Deacon, Christopher Le Brun, mark Wallinger and Rachel Whiteread. One will be selected to deliver a sculpture up to 50 metres high which will be an enduring symbol for Springhead Park and Ebbsfleet Valley.
