Springhead Park

The vision for Ebbsfleet Valley is to set a new standard in urban community development, a complete and sustainable mixed-use community with residential and commercial development, retail and leisure facilities, and local and regional transport links.

At Ebbsfleet Valley, over the next 20 years there will be development unprecedented in inspiration and scale. There will be expansion across over 1,000 acres, giving rise to a nationally significant commercial centre and over 20,000 jobs. It will mean around 17 million square feet of residential, business, retail, leisure and community space. Up to 10,000 new homes will be set in 440 acres of new parks, open space and lakes, all supported by a new faster, effective transport network. Springhead Park is just the beginning of a monumental transformation.
